Branding and theming

Customize how your published guides look so they match your brand.

Logo

In the Branding section of your workspace settings, click Upload logo. The logo appears in:

  • The workspace sidebar (for your team)
  • Emails sent to contacts (enrollment invitations, reminders)

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG.

Theme settings

The theme controls the visual appearance of your published guides. You can customize:

Primary color

The accent color used for buttons, links, progress indicators, and interactive elements in your guides. Enter a hex color code (e.g., #2563EB for a blue).

Background color

The main background color of the guide experience. Defaults to a light, neutral tone.

Text color

The default text color in your guides. Make sure there's enough contrast with your background color for readability.

Section background color

The background color for section headers and containers within your guides.

Font family

Choose from several professional font families:

  • Inter (default)
  • Roboto
  • Open Sans
  • Lato
  • Montserrat

Mode

Switch between Light and Dark mode for your guides.

Previewing changes

After you save your theme changes, they take effect immediately on all published guides. Your team can preview the guide to see how it looks before sharing with contacts.

Resetting to defaults

If you want to start over, use the Reset theme option to revert all colors, fonts, and mode settings back to the defaults.

Tips for good branding

  • Use your brand's primary color for the primary color setting
  • Keep text and background colors high-contrast for accessibility
  • Test your theme on both desktop and mobile to make sure it looks good at all sizes
  • If your logo has a transparent background, make sure it looks good against your chosen background color
