Your profile and security

Your profile settings are personal to your account and apply across all workspaces you belong to.

Accessing your settings

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Settings. Your settings are organized into four tabs — Profile, Preferences, Security, and Account.

Profile

The profile tab lets you update:

• Name — your display name shown to teammates and in activity logs
• Profile photo — upload a photo that appears next to your name in the workspace

Preferences

Control your notification and communication preferences:

• Email notifications — toggle whether you receive email notifications for workspace activity
• Weekly reports — opt in or out of weekly summary emails

Security

Changing your password

To change your password:

1. Go to the Security tab in your settings
2. Enter your current password
3. Enter your new password
4. Confirm the new password
5. Click Update password

Forgot your password?

If you can't remember your current password, sign out and use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Account

On the Account tab, you can delete your account. This permanently removes your profile and signs you out of all workspaces.

Workspaces vs. your account

Your account (profile, email, password) is separate from your workspaces. You can belong to multiple workspaces with the same account. Changing your profile settings affects how you appear across all workspaces.
