Setting up your first workspace
Once you've created your account, your workspace is ready to use straight away. Personalizing it takes two minutes and makes a better impression on your contacts.
Accessing workspace settings
Click Workspace in the sidebar under the Admin section to open your workspace settings.
What you can configure
Name and timezone
Name your workspace — this shows in the sidebar and in your workspace URL, so use your company or team name. You can also set the timezone, which affects how dates and times are displayed throughout OnboardingHub.
Logo
Upload your company logo. This appears in the sidebar and in emails sent to your contacts. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, and SVG.
Branding and theming
Customize the look and feel of your workspace to match your brand:
- Primary color — used for buttons, links, and accent elements
- Background color — the main background of your onboarding guides
- Text color — the default text color in your guides
- Font family — choose from Inter, Roboto, Open Sans, Lato, or Montserrat
- Theme mode — choose light or dark for your published guides
These settings affect how your published guides look to the people you're onboarding. You can reset everything to the defaults at any time.
Your dashboard
Once you've configured your workspace, here's what you'll see on your dashboard:
- Statistics — number of organisations, contacts, published guides, and active enrollments
- Recent guides — your most recently edited guides with their status (draft or published)
- Unpublished changes — a reminder if any guides have draft changes that haven't been published yet
Next steps
Your workspace is ready. Time to create your first guide.
