What is OnboardingHub?

OnboardingHub helps you create step-by-step onboarding guides for your customers. Think of it as a structured, trackable way to walk people through everything they need to know — without relying on email chains, scattered documents, or guesswork.

How it works

  1. Create a guide — Build a structured guide with sections and steps. Each step can contain text, images, videos, embeds, file uploads, or calls to action.
  2. Add your contacts — Import or manually add the people you want to onboard. Optionally group them into organisations.
  3. Enroll contacts — Assign contacts to a guide. They'll get an email with a link to their guide.
  4. Track progress — See who's started, who's stuck, and who's completed their onboarding. Collect feedback along the way.
