Plans and billing

Your workspace's plan determines which features and limits are available. Here's how to manage your subscription.

Your subscription

When you create a workspace, it starts with a 14-day free trial that includes access to all features. After the trial, you'll need to select a plan to continue using the workspace.

Viewing your plan

Workspace Owners can view the current plan and subscription status from the billing section:

  1. Navigate to your workspace's billing page
  2. You'll see your current plan, subscription status, and usage

The billing page shows:

  • Current plan — which plan you're on
  • Subscription status — active, trialing, past due, etc.
  • Storage usage — how much of your storage quota you've used
  • What's included — a summary of your plan's features and limits

What's included in each plan

Each plan includes a set of limits and features:

Max contacts Total number of contacts
Max enrollments Number of active enrollments
Max team members Number of workspace members (including pending invitations)
Max storage Total storage for media uploads
Organisation tracking Group contacts into organisations
CES tracking Collect Customer Effort Score feedback
File upload steps Let contacts upload files during onboarding
Embed steps Use embed step types

When you approach or hit a limit, you'll see a notification. To increase limits, upgrade to a higher plan.

Managing your subscription

From the billing page, click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal. This takes you to a secure portal (powered by Stripe) where you can:

  • Change your plan — upgrade or downgrade
  • Update payment method — add or change your card
  • View invoices — download past invoices
  • Cancel subscription — cancel your plan (your workspace will continue until the end of the billing period)

What happens when your trial ends

If you don't select a plan before your trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only — you can sign in and view your data, but you can't create or edit guides, enroll contacts, or invite team members. Choose a plan to restore full access.

Billing is per workspace

Each workspace has its own subscription. If you belong to multiple workspaces, each one is billed independently by that workspace's Owner.
