Tracking progress
One of the main benefits of using OnboardingHub is visibility into how your contacts are progressing through their onboarding. You can see who's engaged, who's stuck, and who's finished — all in real time.
Where to check progress
Enrollments list
The All Enrollments page gives you a bird's-eye view of every enrollment. Each row shows:
- Contact name and email
- Guide name
- Status — Invited, In Progress, or Completed
- Progress — a percentage bar showing how far they've gone
- Enrolled date — when they were enrolled
Use the filters to narrow down by guide or status. For example, you might filter to see only "In Progress" enrollments for a specific guide to identify who might need a nudge.
Contact detail page
Open any contact's profile to see all their enrollments in one place. You'll see which guides they're enrolled in, their progress in each, and their overall completion stats.
Guide enrollments tab
From a guide's overview page, the enrollments tab shows everyone enrolled in that specific guide, with their progress and status.
Guide Analytics tab
From a guide's overview page, open Analytics for aggregated performance data, including:
- Enrollments over time to monitor enrollment volume trends
- Section engagement to see where contacts are making progress
- CTA performance to compare unique CTA views, unique CTA clicks, and CTR
How progress is calculated
Progress is based on step completion:
- Each step in a guide counts equally
- When a contact marks a step as complete (by clicking the checkbox), it's recorded immediately
- The progress percentage is: completed steps / total steps
- An enrollment is marked as Completed automatically when every step is done
Step-by-step visibility
For each enrollment, you can see exactly which steps have been completed and which haven't. This granularity helps you understand where people are getting stuck or losing interest.
File uploads
If a guide includes file upload steps, you can download the files that contacts have submitted. This is available from the enrollment detail page — you can download individual files or all files at once as a ZIP archive.
