Guide analytics

Guide Analytics gives you a clear view of how each published guide is performing over time. You can track enrollment trends, identify sections where contacts stall, and measure CTA performance.

Open Guide Analytics

  1. Go to Guides
  2. Open the guide you want to analyze
  3. Click the Analytics tab

Choose a time window

Use the time filters at the top of the page to scope your data:

  • 7d — last 7 days
  • 30d — last 30 days
  • 90d — last 90 days
  • All — all available data

All cards on the page use the same selected time window.

Export reports

Use Export CSV to download:

  • Daily enrollments — enrollment counts by date
  • User progress — per-enrollment progress, status, and completion timestamps

Enrollments over time

This chart shows how many enrollments were created per day in the selected time window. Use it to spot growth trends, seasonality, or sudden drops in new enrollments.

Section engagement

This card shows engagement by guide section.

For each section, you see:

  • Completed users — how many enrolled users completed at least one step in that section
  • Engagement % — completed users / total enrolled users in the selected window

Use this to find sections that are performing well and sections that likely need clearer steps or better sequencing.

CTA performance

This table shows step-level CTA performance:

  • Step — the section and step name
  • CTA label — the button text shown to contacts
  • Views — unique CTA views
  • Clicks — unique CTA clicks
  • CTR — click-through rate (clicks / views * 100)

How CTA views and clicks are counted

  • A CTA view is recorded when an enrolled user expands a section that contains a CTA step.
  • A CTA click is recorded when an enrolled user clicks that CTA button.
  • Both metrics are unique per enrollment and step. Repeated expands or repeated clicks by the same enrolled user do not increase the count.

Example: if one enrolled user expands the same section five times and clicks the same CTA three times, the table still counts 1 view and 1 click for that enrollment-step pair.
