Creating your account

Getting started with OnboardingHub takes about a minute. Here's what to expect.

Signing up

  1. Head to the sign-up page
  2. Enter your name, email address, and a password
  3. Click Create account

That's it — your account is created and you'll be taken straight to your new workspace.

What you get

When you sign up, a few things are set up automatically:

  • A workspace is created with a 14-day free trial — all features included
  • You're set as the owner of that workspace, which gives you full control over settings, billing, and team management
  • A welcome email is sent to your inbox

Signing in later

To sign back in, visit the sign-in page and enter the email and password you used during sign-up.

If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the sign-in page. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new one.

Multiple workspaces

Your account can belong to multiple workspaces. For example, you might have one workspace for your company's customer onboarding and be invited to a colleague's workspace for a different project. You can switch between workspaces at any time from the sidebar.
