Here's a complete reference of what you can upload to the media library.
Images

Videos

Videos are displayed with a player in guide steps when using the Video step type. You can also set a poster image that shows before playback begins.
Note: If you have videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom, you don't need to upload them to the media library. Use the Embed step type instead and paste the video URL directly.

Store PDFs in the media library for team reference. They can't be embedded directly in guide steps — for that, consider uploading to a file-sharing service and using the Embed step type.
File uploads from contacts
When contacts upload files through File Upload steps, the limits are different:
- Maximum 5 files per step per enrollment
- Maximum 50 MB per file
- All common file types are accepted
