Sharing enrollment links

Create a shareable link so anyone can self-enroll in a guide — no manual enrollment needed.

Generating an enrollment link

  1. Open the guide you want to share
  2. Click Generate Enrollment Link on the guide overview page
  3. A unique URL is created for that guide

You can share this URL anywhere — in emails, on your website, in Slack, or wherever your audience will find it.

How public enrollment works

When someone visits the enrollment link:

  1. They see the guide content directly — no OnboardingHub account is needed
  2. They can work through sections and steps, marking each one as complete by clicking the checkbox
  3. If the guide includes file upload steps, they can upload files
  4. Their progress is tracked in real time
  5. If CES (Customer Effort Score) is enabled, they'll be asked for feedback at the end

Each enrollment is unique

Every person who accesses the enrollment link gets their own unique enrollment. Their progress is tracked independently, so you can see exactly who completed what. Contacts can return to their guide anytime using their unique link — no account or sign-in needed.

Managing public enrollments

Public enrollments show up in your enrollments list just like manually created ones. You can filter, track progress, and view details the same way you would with any other enrollment.
